Skin and Spirit is a New Orleans-based skincare studio rooted in holistic healing. We are dedicated to the transformative power of self care and self discovery. Our approach extends beyond skincare and aims to nurture our clients spiritually and emotionally. Our passion lies in gently supporting our clients while they navigate the aging process with grace & empowerment, and helping to heal from frustrating skin conditions such as acne. We seek to meet you exactly where you’re at in your skincare journey. Skin and Spirit is the only skincare studio in Louisiana that works with Wilder North Botanicals, an exclusive, all natural apothecary-style skincare line. We artfully craft our own face masks in the treatment room, creating an entirely unique experience for our clients. No two masks are the same, just as no two people’s skin is the same. We believe your skin’s treatment plan should be as unique as you are! All sessions at Skin and Spirit involve resting on a BioMat. This restorative heating pad contains infrared therapy, which eases pain and inflammation, increases circulation, and promotes healing at a cellular level. It also releases negative ions, which neutralize pollutants & calm the nervous system. The mat is layered with pounds of amethyst and tourmaline - deeply calming & healing crystals that raise your vibration and quiet your mind.
